I am a Psychodynamic Therapist. This mode of therapy focuses on early childhood experiences and the patterns we form there with a view to improving your current wellbeing.​​

It really matters, especially with the work I specialise in, that you find a therapist who you can feel supported and not judged by. Trust takes time and action so I won't claim that, but I'd like you to find a therapist you can at least feel comfortable talking to.
